We are located at the start of the Southern Scenic route (see location map) but only 8 minutes from the CBD and 15 minutes from Momona, Dunedin’s International Airport.

Located in a very quiet peaceful setting and with their own private entrances we offer either a King Bed Unit or Twin/Singles Unit. Each has an en-suite comprising a shower, vanity and toilet. Both units are very private and have a garden view. Read some reviews from some of our guests.
